Taking a pole dancing course is an effective way to get what you want! Polefitness Australia has taught many students, and we know how to help you achieve what you want. Strength, fitness, body tone, cardio, and fun all come with pole dancing. A side effect is that you can look and feel sexy too!

Who Can Pole Dance?

You can be of any age, size, build, and flexibility. We encourage all ladies to try pole dancing, and dance background is not necessary. We have courses to suit absolute beginners through to advanced and showtime girls.

Why Pole Dancing?

Here are 3 reasons why you should try out a pole dancing course at Polefitness Australia:

An entire body workout

Pole is great for cross-training for other sports or dance. It gives you strong upper body muscles and works your core and back. Pole combines strength and cardio, so you get a great all-around workout.

Make friends

Pole dancing is accessible to everyone. You’ll find women from all walks of life who take our classes, and we all cheer each other on during class and bond through challenges. Many lifelong friends have been found through our pole dancing courses.

You’ll Feel Sexy

You’ll find no judgement in our studios. There’s something about pole dancing that brings out the sensuality in women, and we fully support that! So let yourself go and enjoy pole dancing to the fullest.

The course includes your 1-hour structured class each week, unlimited training time on our practice poles during studio hours, and Open Practice sessions with an instructor on the weekend.

Please note that there is a set timetable for our courses and they cannot commence at any time. These 6-week pole dancing courses are NOT casual classes and require term bookings. See below for our levels.
